As of November 23rd 2010 there is a Backlog of 238 cases before the Board of Firearms Permit Examiners. (Appellants in these cases should have their cases heard by the board no later than November 2011). If the Board Schedules 20 cases per month and all paperwork is returned the next appellant will wait 12 months (or 15 meetings at 20 hearings per meeting) |
